The Daimler Buses Customer Centre in Neu‑Ulm shines with a modernised design.

The Customer Centre in Neu‑Ulm presents the world of Setra to customers and brand fans with a few novelties and a new look.

A Setra has always been more than just a bus. A Setra bus embodies elegance, exceptional design, comfort and safety. Such touring coaches not only drive to dream destinations all over the world, they also invite you to dream. Since its opening in 2007, the Customer Centre in Neu‑Ulm has been the gateway to the exclusive world of Setra buses and coaches. It has been given a fresh look at the turn of the year 2025/2026.

A place to meet.

In Neu‑Ulmer Carl‑Zeiss‑Straße, visitors experience a curated brand world as they step over the door sill of the light‑filled entrance area of the Customer Centre. When you enter, your eye immediately catches the reception desk, the central point of contact and information point. In the entrance area with comfortable seating groups, a history wall tells the story of Kässbohrer/Setra in an impressive way. In the adjoining Setra Lounge, a separate oasis of well‑being, the eye hovers over a showcase with numerous awards and prizes that document the innovative power of the traditional brand from Neu‑Ulm. It is the ideal space for consultation and information meetings or for informative exchange with the client advisors.

Where key handover becomes an experience.

Adjacent to the Setra Lounge is the delivery hall with two fully glazed sides that open up the view to the outside. Here, bus operators can receive their vehicles in person and make every celebratory handover of a new Setra touring coach at the Neu-Ulm Customer Centre their event. As a bus company, you can take your passengers with you to the Setra brand world - whether it’s a tour of the plant that offers exciting insights into bus production or a visit to the Kässbohrer hall, where the history of the brand comes to life.
