In a space covering 3800 square metres, we're on-hand to provide you with individual advice on your new Setra.

In 2007, the Setra CustomerCenter opened its doors to let customers in to this impressive world. In our Individual Design Studio you can select your desired equipment and how your vehicle should look. You can also visit us to pick up your new flagship in person.

A special moment – something to look forward to: At the delivery center of the customer service center, you and your customer advisor will receive your new Setra bus together.

From arrival to departure with your new vehicle, you are in good hands. Our vehicle managers will provide you with a personalized introduction to the bus and explain its key functions.
